Under any sort of bankruptcy filing, your chances of finding a willing lender to work with you are very slim. A bankruptcy makes it pretty obvious that you are in financial distress.
If you were a lender, would you think it a good move to refi someone in financial trouble ?
The other answers here seem a little patronizing or like outright spam. Hopefully this will be a little different.
Because you're in bankruptcy, you can not receive any additional credit. That means no credit cards, car loans, or mortgages. You're seeking protection under bankruptcy laws in order to have a chance to catch up on your current debts -- not to incur more debt. So getting a refinance out of bankruptcy isn't possible.
However, you can apply for a bankruptcy buyout loan from various lenders. You might want to contact a mortgage broker who specializes in loans that are hard to place, as they might know some lenders that still provide bankruptcy loans. What would happen is that you'd apply for the loan but you would not close on it until the bankruptcy had been dismissed. But don't dismiss the bankruptcy until you know there is a closing date set up and exactly what you'd need to do to close, especially if you have to bring cash to closing.
The loan will probably have a high interest rate, and you probably won't qualify for one if you don't have very much equity in the house. But if there is equity and you have stable income that can support a higher mortgage payment, then there are some options out there for you.
Good luck.
