Where can I get free foreclosure listings with photos?
Question:
Answer:
HUD homes: http://www.hmbireo.com
VA/Ocwen REO: http://www.ocwen.com
Fannie Mae: http://www.fanniemae.com
EDIT: These are all free sites, you are seeing them directly from the banks, you don't have to pay, it' free. You should not have to pay a cent to find foreclosure listings. At the very least, find an agent to send them to you. But the above sites are a good starting point. Chances are any agent you get in touch with from these sites will be well versed in investment properties and would love to help you find more, even if the one you called about won't work.
Good luck!
Thanks!

Your best bet is to search for the website of the county office in the area you want to purchase. They will have up to date extra info about the condition of the property.
