ForeclosureListings.com provides its members with data and information about properties facing foreclosure. We gather this data from sources that your typical real estate agent or company does not, such as court records, bank sources and mortgage companies. Since these sources are not in the business of selling homes themselves, many property listings do not include photographs. The exception to this rule is HUD homes, which are provided to us by the Housing and Urban Development Department, and certain other foreclosure auctions. However, most other foreclosures, especially pre-foreclosures, do not have photographs.
Listings without photographs however, can often bring the most success. Homes in the pre-foreclosure or Lis Pendens stage are not technically on the market, so there are no photographs to advertise them. However, this gives the foreclosure buyer a jump on other buyers. Our data allows you to investigate these properties and contact owners to make offers before anyone else. Owners in these cases are often looking to avoid foreclosure through a sale, so this can be an extremely effective method of buying foreclosures. But remember, pre-foreclosures go quickly for those very same reasons. So be sure to stick with it. The savings you gain when you do make a successful offer will be well worth it.
i'm sure you will find bunch of site in the internet. try looking it up in yahoo or google.
