Have you ever bought a home at a foreclosure sale?

Question:
REO

Answer:
we bought a foreclosure property, and now it is worth twice as much...If you are looking to buy a home don't hesitate to ask you Realtor for a "foreclosure list" this will allow you to view and compare many of these properties at once. But be aware that while sheriff auctions are cheaper they don't allways have the same value as a forcloser!
Yes, we bought our house at what they called a sheriff's sale. Got it for a steal.
