Can anyone give me some advice on foreclosure?

Question:
Im in foreclosure, and have to be out my house by the 15th of july.I am trying to find another house to live in, but since i have a foreclosure on my credit, these real estate people are making it really hard for me to find a place to live. What can i do about this?
idk
couldn't you try selling it b4 it gets forclosed on?
You might try to rent an apartment until your finances are a little more solid.
Keep looking. The foreclosure isn't going to go away; patience is about all you can exercise at this point. Might ask your bankruptcy atty if he can recommend anyplace
If you can't find an apartment you will accept your credit you have to go to those weekly/monthly hotels.

Most landlords will still rent to you if the only bad thing on your credit is the foreclosure. I have a couple of renters in that situation. If you pay your other bills and this was a sudden change to your bill paying habits you will not have a problem finding a rental.
have a friend or family member sign a lease for you to get a rental for now. But I do recommend getting an attorney because I'm in forclosure and I found out I am still allowed my equity in the house so we are going to court over it. Believe it or not it was the Judges idea for us to fight. When we get the equity we will be using it as a down payment on a new house. And don't forget Bad credit is better than no credit, you will find a mortgage company to help you in the future, you might just have to get a mandatory hire rate for the first 3 years or something until you prove yourself again. Good Luck, Sometimes bad things happen go good people. I hope the best for you.
You may have to rent for awhile, or find a house that is up for rent that maybe you can buy later. Explain your situation to the home owner. They are usually understanding if there is a good reason. Check your newspaper or call a few real estate offices and ask if any of their clients are renting a home. Call your state and find out who are property managers. There is a license for it in most states. All they do is manage other peoples properties for rent. I would call them. The division of Real Estate for you state will have their numbers or a website where you can find them.

Most apt buildings as well will allow you to move in, but may require a higher deposit.

Good luck.
You now have damaged credit. You should EXPECT difficulty in finding housing with such a credit record. In a nutshell, you did not or were not able to honor your LAST financial commitment. Do you think people will ignore that fact ?
You are probably going to have to rent an apartment or a private residence. Unfortunatly forclosures are not a good thing and theres a reason it happened- you couldn't pay the bills-so for that reason your going to have a hard time. Have you gone to an apartment complex or many, also if you look in the news paper usually there is a rental section where sometimes poeple are leasing private single family residences. Try that.
