Do you now a good source to find pre-foreclosure homes?

Question:
preferable locations are NY and CT

Answer:
Foreclosures are only public information once the formal foreclosure process has started. A home in "pre-foreclosure" is still a private matter between the lender and owner. Therefore you'll only know about these if the owner decides to advertise that fact.

You wouldn't want the fact that you were having trouble meeting your obligations splattered all over the place, would you?

If your looking for a free list of foreclosures in your area, go to your county sherriff's website. They usually have the list there, or you can call them.
