Is there anyone willing to help me save my home from foreclosure? I need $20.000.00?

Question:
I will be ok in 3-6 months. I can keep up with my bills but I need to catch up. Due to a host of unforseen circumstances, death of a family member, divorce, pregnancy and a bogus loan officer, I am in a critical situation.I have a business idea that appears quite viable and profitable, but for now I am in dire need.Does anybody care?

Answer:
If I had that money and more, I would even buy you a house, but I don't, so I'm very sorry.
i cant help you... i know what you are going through and it will all work out..just pray..honestly if your house is worth it you shouldnt have trouble finding someone who can lend you the money..just make sure you dont get ripped off...i think that lady under my answer is very true...and dont listen to any pieces of $hit that want to bring you down..there are alot of greedy morons in this world and you just have to ignore them..
pregnancy is hardly unforseen - it should be planned.. and prepared for by saving money etc...
death - well heck my husband died when my kid was 5 yrs old so I know what thats like BUT I also know as the spouse I was able to get a widows pension, mind you it is only $350 a month but I am smart enough to live frugally to being with...

which is what I suggest for you - dump your computer - shut off your internet - ditch cable and throw out your cell phone
sell your car ( I drove a old car which only cost me $1) and buy a car that you dont have to make car payments on (assuming you are making car payments)
eat cheaply - alot of soup
dont eat out - dont buy every pair of shoes in the store.

there is no reason anyone should be $20,000 in the hole.

and as far as your business "idea" goes - good luck but remember until you get a pay check its just a good idea, dont count on it to all ends - get a real job... (I worked part time minimum wage by the way and SAVED up for a house even then)
is divorce and pregnancy really that unforseen? I mean, come on. Blame everyone else, sit there and dream about some pie in the sky business scheme while the bank takes your house. I think it's time to get real, real fast.
I strongly recommend a consolidation of your bills to lower your monthly debt to your creditors. Any debt consolidation company will be able to help you. Otherwise you had better seek help from the courts by applying for Chapter 7 or Chapter 12 in these three ways you want loss your home. I am hoping you have a job and have an income. You talk about needing $20,000 you ought to have that on two credit cards. You talk about a business idea that will go on hold because no one (bank or financial institute) is going to loan you money to start a business when you have bad credit. Those things you mention as unforeseen or things you expect as part of life by getting life insurance at birth, saving money, and buying what you can afford. Yes, we all care by giving you advice to help you out of this situation and telling you how to stay out. Walking up to you and giving you $20,000 want help you at all.
If you were financed through one of those scrupulous lenders (Subprime) it is possible that the state in which you reside may have city funding or some other to help you.
Contact the city and ask them if they have a department that deals with housing and ask them who in your area does.
They may be able to help you.
