Question: Here is the scoop, friends parents house is going into foreclosure, payment was due June 16th.

When is the earliest possible date we would be evicted from the house?

If they missed the first payment on June 16th (by the way, all mortgages are due on the first) then you have 2 more payments you can miss before the foreclosure starts. You could have another 6 months. If that was the 3rd missed payment, you will most likely be out in 2-3 months. If you are living there why not get a job and help pay, instead of wasting time asking questions here?
