Where do I find homes in foreclosure w/out joining or paying for the info?

Question:

Answer:
There are many sources for this information. Most local title companies will provide the list free of charge. The information is also published in the newspaper as a foreclosure is a public record. Some realtors develop programs to put buyers and sellers of foreclosed property together in a profitable manner for all parties.
