Foreclosure?

Question:
Hello, today I received a call from a person whose condo is going towards the foreclosure stage. He is going to sell me the apartment, should I hire a real estate attorney or a real estate agent with the process?
NOPE - just let it go into trustee sale and bid on it

here is a website for that that lists the laws and processes for each state
http://www.foreclosures.com/pages/state_...

good luck
You do not need a realestate agent. It is always a good idea to consult with your attorney before major aquistions, if you are looking to prequalify for a mortgage feel free to visit www.restructureyourmortgage.co...
It depends on if you want to bail the person out so they don't have the forclosure on their record...if you want to then you should just buy them out. If you could care less about buying them out then just buy it at the forclosure sale...you will get the property for a lot less then what they owe now.

I wouldn't necessarily hire a real estate agent (why throw 6% down the crapper if you know you want this place) but do get an inspection, so you don't have any suprises!
Hire BOTH.
Always check with an attorney. They can create a solid agreement sale.
