How can i find a list of foreclosures?
Question:
Go to the counties website for the area that you are interested in. Most have a list right there. Otherwise you could always go to a Paying website for lists. They usually charge a large monthly fee.
since you did not state which state or city you are in...
talk with your local bankers.they will have listings
talk with local mortgage co..""""""""""""""
talk with local fin. instit. .."""""""""""""""
visit your county or sheriff and ask about local foreclosures
visit you local county or sheriff website.it will list them
good luck
Foreclosure websites, whether you pay or not, are notoriously inaccurate. I suspect they pull the information of the court records, but these records do not state what is going into foreclosure, or what really makes it there.
Go through the public record system at your local clerk recorder's office. They will have a whole slew of NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE documents ready for you to view. Foreclosures may not be the best way to invest in real estate, so be careful in what you do with your money.

I found http://how-to-buy-foreclosure. and they had some great information. I actually bought the ebook package, learned a lot and am working on my first deal highly recommended by me. Anyone else check out this site? I enjoy ebooks cuz I can read them on my computer and everyone I get gives me a little nugget of information that is going to help me succeed. . This sites info really gave me everything I need to know... I think I can finally stop wasting my hard earned cake on seminars, books, ebooks, audio tapes on how to do foreclosure and pre-foreclosures. But check it out for yourself, hopefully it helps you like it did me.
Peace be with you
