Just make sure that you use a title company. Houses in foreclosure had issues with keeping up with payments and you don't want to buy a house and later find out that there were liens on the title that did not show up before the closure of the sale.

If you like the home, the price is right and it's a good home then why not. I don't think there is a stigma attached to buying a forclosed home. Some even seek them out because the mortgage company is only trying to recoup their losses so they are motivated to sell.
Go for it. You have every right to by a foreclosed home. You'll get it cheaper this way.
nothing wrong with buying a foreclosure home - if you like it and if is price right -- remember if the original owner bought an overpriced home and it is now in foreclosure it still might not be a good buy. also i would have a house inspector walk through the house with me to be on the look out for some damage that you might not detect that the owners might have cause in a get even with the the lender.

Yes I would DEFINITELY recommend it, remember you make the money when you buy not when u sell and foreclosures ur buying at good prices.

Anyone else check out this site? I enjoy ebooks cuz I can read them on my computer and everyone I get gives me a little nugget of information that is going to help me succeed. . I think I can finally stop wasting my hard earned cake on seminars, books, ebooks, audio tapes on how to do foreclosure and pre-foreclosures.
