My house is at the beginning stages of foreclosure.?

Question:
My house is at the beginning stages of foreclosure. If a relative moves in to help with mortgage payments, by giving so much towards the rent, will the bankruptcy court consider this as income to me.
yes but it will not stop the foreclosure so you and your relative need to find somewhere else to live cause nothing will help at this point . good luck and I feel for you .
What state do you live in? Can you email me with more details at myrnpr@yahoo.com. I'm a loan officer and we take people out of foreclosures and even BK's. I might be able to help you. Don't give up!
you could try this site http://www.projectpayday.com/go/537732...
to help make ends meet. Its not going to solve all your problems but its a start. If you register look me up. My nickname on there is MyRoyalNutts.
You CAN'T be going though a foreclosure AND a bankruptcy at the same time. Bankruptcy causes an automatic stay on ALL collection actions including foreclosure. If the bankruptcy court is involved, the foreclosure is not. Your question, as asked, assumes a situation that can't exist.
