i use RealtyTrac.com
they email me a listing twice a day for the areas i want.
it is completely free - but you do have to sign up.at the end of the sign up is a question - "do you want a realtor to contact you"...just click no.

I use RealtyTrac as well. However, I sometimes feel like they don't give all of the listings. Your best bet would be to go to the county clerk's office. As all foreclosures are a matter of public record, you should be able to find everything you need there.
