Where can I get connecticut foreclosures listings?

Question:
I'm trying to find a house but so far I found nothing.

Answer:
By law the foreclosures must be listed for 30 days or more. The best, cheapest, and fastest way would be the county paper that the house is located. That's where i find all of mine that i purchase. It will list the address, date of purchase, amount of the loan (to see if it is worth looking at) and listed owner. It might be a good idea to ask the homeowner if they would be interested in selling it to you instead of losing it in foreclosure. You can offer them something over payoff that way they don't lose all their equity. If handled properly you can make a really good profit and they make something too.
