I want to buy a foreclosure in the salt lake city area..?

Question:
What is the best way to find foreclosures in the Salt Lake City area? I want to flip homes
i use RealtyTrac.com
they email me twice a day with foreclosures in the areas i am interested in.
you have to sign up, but it is free...at the end when it asks if you want a realtor to contact u ---say no.

good luck :)
I utilize http://www.investingwithoutlosing.com... because it doesn't charge me any money for foreclosures in my area. Basically it contains upcoming auctions and links to foreclosed homes. The web site also has a good book called Complete Guide to Real Estate Tax Liens and Foreclosure Deeds: Learn in 7 Days which shows you how to do your research on properties and how to participate in tax lien auctions.
I would sign up for the local service of Foreclosures.com. They give detailed information, and for the most part, the service is free upon registration.

If you want to go it alone, I would recommend hitting your local county clerk's office. Foreclosures are a matter of public knowledge.

Hope this helps...
