How soon does a foreclosure occur once you get your notice of default(california)?

Question:

Answer:
3 months plus 21 days minimum. Then usually a month before the sheriff comes to evict you.
about 111 days
110 days
Typically, the house can go to sale after ninety days if everything is done properly. Sales usually take place within 120 days. There are defenses, exceptions and whatever.
I'm not sure.I'm in Ohio, and it happened to me.I called the mortgage company and told them I'd give them the house back and be free and clear of future credit rejection's.I didn't want that on my credit report.Anyway, they didn't want it back, because they can't insure it without someone living in it.I was served the paper's and lived in it for a year and a half for nothing. Then I was told it was going to the sheriff's sale. Then I had 30 day's.Then I was gone.I'm still alive and I've got great credit now,so don't give up on life. You will survive. This,of course happened in 83.I'm sure the laws have changed.Hang in there.
I am not familiar with California's property law.Yet you have the option of going to the public library.
Do some extensive research you then would then have
obtained your needed information.
