If I file foreclosure on an investment property what will happen to my primary residence?will I lose it?

Question:

Answer:
It depends on if you used it for collateral and if they get the money back that they gave you when they resell it.

Even when they foreclose you need to make sure they receive the same amount of fund that they gave you in the first place.
Did you use any of your primary residence's equity to secure the investment property? If not, then your primary residence won't be affected.

Hope this helps...
