I have a been approached by TCS Foreclosures to learn the art of the Real Estate Short Sale. The cost is $7,500 and this gives me access to their investor network as well at 18 hours of live open format phone training. The Training class consists of 50 trainees and the trainer. Any advice would be appreciated.

BE CAREFULL, I did that once with a different Guru. Its like take your money and run.
Make sure you check them out and speak to other people before you invest that kind of money.

That seems like a steep price to pay for phone training. How big is their investor network? It seems to me that they are making their money off the training classes more so than the foreclosure aspect. Ask for references and check up on them. Also, do a check on the business on the Better Business Bureau to see if any complaints have ever been levied against the company.

This is a scam. Don't give them a dime. Short sales are simple. You ask your lender to take less than owed. You just had the training course and it was free.
