Foreclosure?
Question:
Alex, your county website has a free list of properties, but they may not have pictures. The lenders websites also have information, but again I'm not sure how much they provide.
If you are truly interested in purchasing a foreclosed property you would be smart to use an expert - Realtor. Banks/lenders will not deal with the general public on their properties. You need to use a Realtors. As for buying from sheriff sale, this is a bidding process, and you must have your financials in cashier's check or cash in most cases.
If I can provide additional information in general just email me.
See foreclosures.com. I don't think you have to give your credit card information but you might have to register for a free account. Also, I heard emailforeclosures.com is good as well.
Hope this helps...

I would suggest going to web sites like:
http://www.investingwithoutlosing.com...
They offer free listings and links to banks that have foreclosures. Also on a side note, before you go off and go on a buying spree of foreclosured properties, please get a few books on how to do your due diligence and research. Without proper title searches, you might be buying into a swamp, a toxic fill, bad assessments or tax liens. A good book I recommend is Complete Guide to Real Estate Tax Liens and Foreclosure Deeds: Learn in 7 Days [ISBN 0978834682] by Don Sausa.
