Does a renter has right when the home they are renting goes in foreclosure?

Question:

Check your lease agreement. Each case can be different. If you are not familiar with the legal verbage, take it to a lawyer and have them review it.
I believe that even tho it is a foreclosure that any occupant living in the house including the "previous" owner would need to be evicted, but the laws pertaining to that will vary from location to location, call the "district" court house they should be able to give you a solid answer for your location.
You will be evicted.
