Are foreclosures listed in the newspapers? If so, where and which ones?
Question:
Answer:
Most foreclosures are in the public notice section but sometimes you will see a notice for a bank owned property. This is usually a foreclosure. Most realtors can point you to forclosures
Try the classified section of any paper.
Yes forclosures are listed in some newspapers. I do not know where you live, but where I live it is listed in the local newspaper in the local section.
Depends on who holds the loan that is being foreclosed. Conventional foreclosures are listed under the "legals" of the classified section while FHA foreclosed notes are on the HUD website. Always be prepared and know how to bid on the different type of properties...
REALTORS have access and can gladly provide them to you. They are public record and anyone is free to see them.
They are listed in the papers, but i have found it is easier to go to the local librairy. In my area they post them up on a board.
