Well according to Realty Trac, Phoenix ranks 22nd highest in number of foreclosures at 21,378 between Jan 2007 - June 2007. Compared to the first half of 2006 foreclosures are up 139%. The link I posted has details and numbers of the nations foreclosures. Hope that helps.
