Youngest age to buy a foreclosure house?

Question:
i was on yahoo and saw some foreclosure homes and i wonder what would be the youngest age to buy a foreclosure house
18 years old
It doesn't have so much to do with your age, you need CREDIT and INCOME. How else are you going to qualify for a loan?
There are no age restrictions on buying any home incl. foreclosures. If you are not 21 yet you might need your parents to co sign with you but you can be on the deed just by yourself. If you have the cash money or the mortgage in place - there should not be an age issue at all.
