There are federal laws which stipulate that no federal funds (income tax money) are to be used to aid and abet or benifit illegal immigrants.
It is the individual state legislation which takes the federal funds allotted to the state, and siphons it into bogus programs to be handed out to illegal aliens. Usually drawn up and passed by corrupt state level legislators, in order to circumvent federal laws blocking benifits to illegal aliens, the provisions at state level rename programs and misappropriate federal funds to be used in what is actually an illegal hand out, under federal law, to illegal aliens.
A practice which needs to be stopped.
Citizens should find out which state legislators, in their state assembly are basically stealing federal funds from U.S. citizens who are poor, and benifiting illegal aliens from those funds which, by federal law, they are not allowed to be benifiting from.
If Bush tries to bail out illegal aliens in any way, there will be a backlash from the American people, and he will have to explain why he is handing out tax money we paid in to illegal aliens, who on the most part, pay no income taxes, and who are not entitled to benifit from federal funds.

Yep, the above answer is correct. The bailout is of the companies, not the people. Whoever has the loans will get assistance because the purpose is to prevent a stock market crash because of all the hedge funds in which they invested.
