check the internet "real estate" then go to foreclosures that should give u a list in yur area, see what stage the the property is in auction u must have cash the auction is usally held on the court house steps

Contact the Housing and Urban Development folks in your area. Check the classified section of the newspaper, perform a yahoo search on real estate (in your area), contact the Urban League, if there is one in your area. Check with Veteran's Administration if you are a vet. Happy house hunting.
You should be able to call or go to the town clerk in that area,If they do not know they can tell you who to contact.It may take a little time and a lot of patients.
I'm not sure in cananda, but I live in Florida & you go to the recoring office (or county clerk's office) & they have a listing & they have them listed on the internet too! I'm planning to go to an auction soon myself!
