Where can I get totally free foreclosure listings?

Question:
I want to have my own business and have always been interesed in real estate. Any suggestions or starting a real estate buy and sell business? Possibly rentals but more interested in buy and sell.

Answer:
Title companies can get you NDO listings (Notice of default). They're also freely available from the county recorders office where you want to look for properties.
You can also find out what the official legal organ (the newspaper(s) in which foreclosure notices must be published in) in the counties you want to buy property. Most papers usually print the notices once per week so you just need to figure out which paper the notices are published in and buy it on that day. The drawback with this method is that you typically don't have much time to research any homes you may be interested in since this is one of the last stages of the foreclosure process.
