Question:
My grandmother is disabled and about to have her house taken away. She rising her grandkids in the house what do u think she should do?
Answer:
she can set up a payment plan or ask the mortgage company for financial hardship
If she has equity in the house or it's paid off she could look at a reverse mortage. It's like selling your house but you stay in it. Look it up and see if that helps. May work better than a nice picture to Warren Buffet :)
tell her to see if she qualifies for a reverse morgage she is a senior.
there should be some kind of help for her threw your state housing authority
