Question:
I've tried the Title Companies (First American Title, Stewart Title, and Chicago Title), which state they don't offer an NOD or Pre-foreclosure list. I've also checked with the county and they also don't publish such a list. What other resources are available to attain such a list? I've read post from individuals who have gotten lists from there title companies. If you are one of those how did you go about getting this list. Any help or suggestions is certainly appreciated. I'm fairly new at the process and in search for some advice. Thanks again.

This is in beta right now.
Pre-foreclosure list is up, and goes back about 7 months.
It will be private soon for clients and agents on a login basis.
It will also be fully searchable soon, as other plans soon to be announced.
Right now it is sortable, and will link to detail information.

Hey,
Most RealEstate offices receive a Foreclosure notice from the different banks.
Check with the Realestate company. ( if it is a good deal, they usually grab them )
At least that is the way they did it in our office.
