I was reading the terms and they have a 7 day trial for free, But I can't find in there terms how much they will charge my account. Also if you have used it, Did you buy property?

I use it. They charge 40 bucks a month I think. I use it to buy property or offer services to the people who are about to be foreclosed on. It's my way of helping people while making money.

I have used it - but have not bought property on it. It is a good place to start..you can also get the address, than do a reverse address on yahoo to find out the owners name etc.
