Have tried every option,for sale since Jan 24,2006.Trying for short sale now.Nothing is going on.Soon to be in Sherrifs sale.DO NOT WISH TO LEAVE HOUSE.Tried to lure in an invester first.Can not deal with this anymore.Just left job due to emotional &mental statice.Also physical health problem adding to mental problems.

but the fact is you dont have it so now you need to work on looking for something to rent and work on that and getting back on your feet.
