Good site for researching foreclosures?

Question:

Answer:
http://www.foreclosurenet.net/
There is no one good site if you mean looking for scheduled foreclosure sales without paying a fee for the information. Find the law firm that does the most foreclosures and either go to their website or their auctioneer(s)' website(s).

You can also access local newspaper legal notices, although it can be rather late in the process. Many foreclosure auctions do not happen, because the homeowner has sold, refinanced or filed bankruptcy, or has managed to come up with enough money to restructure the loan.
