Florida Mobile Home Foreclosure Situation.what happens when...?

Question:
question 1.
You enter default, then the mortgage company files for foreclosure?

question 2.
Foreclosure goes through, eviction order given, but you have children in the house and no where to go? Can they still put you out immediately?

Answer:
Unless the judge gave you additional time, then the eviction order will be served according to local law. Typically the sheriff will show up about 5 days after the eviction order is entered and put you and your belongings out on the street.

I'm guessing that you failed to respond to the eviction notice or appear at the eviction hearing. That was your only chance to get relief from the judge. If you didn't do that, you lost any chance you might have had.

Your only option now is to find another place, or contact the local social services office. Wouldn't expect much from them in FL, though...
