YOU OWE MORE ON THE HOUSE THAN WHAT SOLD FOR? How in the hail does this happen? U racked up a bunch of debt and consolidated it didn't you.

That was the first biggest mistake. You shoulda left the debts where they were.. that way you could still pay on the house.. at least you'd still have a roof.. that's more important than a car or toys.

wait.. you sold the house, but still making payments. this makes no sense. ooooh okay. you sold the house.. and still owe money on it. I guess where I'm confused.. is how can you have foreclosure if you down't own a home? you sold it. I don't gettit.
You can not sell the house and still owe money on it,the bank would not allow that to happen.You are a lier.
What's the balance owed? Can you qualify for a loan to pay the difference? Try for that.
