What happens Texas home foreclosure?

Question:
Briefly what happens & how long does it take? Do you have a trial?

Answer:
its not simple to put a finger on all teh details, u need to spek to sum1 in the local biz.
texas is a non judicial foreclosure state. that means no judge jury or trial. you fall behind the lender takes your house. typically it takes 3-4 months of nonpayment before they start foreclosure and another 3-4 months to finish it and evict you. it can be faster or slower, depends on the lender.
