How can i sell my home before foreclosure?
Question:
Answer:
Your agent may be reluctant because they have to disclose the short sale situation. And if they can't get a sale done they don't earn a commission.
There is nothing wrong with giving your name to a referral website, but keep in mind that your name will then be sold to another agent, with a 20-35% referral fee paid at the closing of the transaction. This is "common" practice, but it is good to be aware of it.
Your current agent does not control whether a buyer comes through - Presumably you are already listed in a multiple listing service, so you are getting good exposure. Price it right for its condition and location, and it will sell. Hopefully your local market is strong enough to get it sold quickly.
anything is better then nothing..seriously, tell the realtor to place an ad, in the paper and hold an open house this weekend..take the first offer and go before its too late, you don't have time to be choosey..andif the realtor won't do it...get it in writing and have him release you of the contract...and go in person tommorrow to youur paper in the morning and place the ad yourself."MUST SELL" IN FORECLOSURE-then put your house info : example 3-2-2, brick, 2 story,2000sf 9 yrs old, located at 1234 main street, asking $1234567. lets make a deal today. call rhonda 555-5555
