Has anyone bought & profitted from the John Beck "buying tax lien foreclosure properties"??
Question:
properties from the current owner prior to the foreclosure
process, or buys it at the auction held by the county.
I am interested in his program ($39.95 cost), but need to know
how detailed and "easy-step-by-step procedure" his program
really is. Would I be wasting my time with his program?
Answer:
Yes. John Beck profits from it, but that is about it.
Seriously, you are wasting your time and money.
And you will end up with alot of shiny how to manuals and dvd's.If you are looking to make some money try,www.andyhinson.com.
Yeah, John Beck does 39.95..for info you can get for free.
If you are willing to spend time reading that which includes information that you don't need then you have the time to read the information specific to your state and available for free on the internet. Just tell us your state and we'll send you the links. Then attend a few sales to see how it's done and go for it.
We use to do bunches of those here in NM
Stay away from the infomercial gurus. The only profits you'll see are going to the ones hawking their garbage on late-night TV. Anyone remember Brad Richdale? Or Don Lapre?
Any so-called "business opportunity" advertised on an informercial, legitimate or not, is so overexposed anyway that you have a saturation of people who bought these programs and cannot make any substantial money because so many people are doing the same thing you are doing. SMC and Carlton Sheets come to mind...
Now if you're looking for a legitimate opportunity from a company that's been around for nearly 15 years (and no infomercials), take a look at this:
