Try www.BuySellListings.com
It's a new web site and it's allows home owners in pre foreclosure status to list their homes for free. And there is no cost to buyers or investors to view the listings. There's no middle person, buyers and sellers contact each other directly. The information should always be updated because all listings expires after 30 days and the seller would have to log into their account to renew their ad. Hope this helps.
That's a great question.
There are many sites that want to sell you the information.
Try www.GoldenFeather.com. You may also want to read the previous question regarding buying foreclosures, and the answers.
Good Luck,

For free then how would the Realtors and broker be able to hide inventory and short the market? If you are buying properties what other investment do you know has hidden markets. Hum sound like an Enron situation or a breaking bubble.

try foreclosure.com .. they offer a free 7 day trial and if you get the trial and print out all the counties you like and cancel before your trial you pay nothing.. or you can keep it 7.95 a month I think it is so you get listing as they come on there. Good luck...
