Foreclosure Market "Play"?

Question:
With the housing market beginning to deflate and the recent increase in the use of ARM's and interest-only mortgages, I believe we'll continue to see a record number of foreclosures in the future. Is there a good "play" on the foreclosure market (other than buying foreclosed properties)? Who benefits from a foreclosure, other than the one buying the property on the cheap? The bank surely doesn't. Is there a publicly traded company that specializes in foreclosures?

Answer:
I agree that we will see more foreclosures. There really isn't any straight up market play. However foreclosures led to falling housing prices, which leds the home building industry to sell for lower prices and therefore lower profits. So you could shortplay the housing industry.

Honestly though, no one really benefits from foreclosures.
