Where to go for description of foreclosure homes as for as bedrooms and bathrooms?
Question:
Answer:
Your county's tax or auditor's office should have the information. Some of them are online too. In my area, it's on the county auditor's website. There is a section for "real estate search". This gives you the property information.
You won't find very detailed information at the county clerkâs office. Not much but a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo that you can't understand such as parcel #, lot type, etc. Plus, it takes forever to find a property through the tax collectors office.
Try an online site- a one-stop-shop. I use foreclosure.com for purchasing rental properties.
As far as details about the bathrooms/ bedrooms? Like what wallpaper? You'll have to actually visit the home.
Yet, if it's about the b/b condition then yes, you'll want to assess the work to be done.
Good Luck
