How can i avoid foreclosure on my 2 rental properties?(i live in one of the units?

Question:
i am in st louis, mo.

Answer:
I have a private mortgage company in St. Charles. I might be able to help you. Please email me at: hollingsheaddave@yahoo.com
Make a payment on them? My advice to you if you are in a desperate position is to sell one of them to make payments on the other. You are better off being bankrupt than having a foreclosure from a credit perspective
Re-finance and raise the rent. Talk to your lender ASAP.
declare bankruptcy or refinance
