broad question. the economy based on the federal index and numbers is doing very well. the devalue of our dollar in the u.s is not really cool, but hey we are doing well as a country.
foreclosures are at an all time high yes, in some areas and then there are some new hot zones. i broker the mortgages in these zones and we are swinging.
commercial is my business basis and that is a HIGHLY charged market. the boom is just hitting that market. hope this answers your question.
