Foreclosure??

Question:
My friend has her house put for foreclosure. She was told she'll still owe to the bank the difference from the sale (most likely the house will sell for less then the loan is).True?

Answer:
Tell her to just do a "Deed In Lieu", and walk away from it. Tell her to call her Lender and ask for this. It wont look as bad on her Credit and this way she surrenders the home, mortgage, and taxes. She wont owe nothing. Hope this helps.
we have no idea the home values or what your friend owes the bank.

i'd try & sell it for what you owe even if it's worth more to keep from loosing credit. list it in the paper.
Possibly true.

But there are options to avoid that.

Go to my site, then click on "foreclosures" on the left-hand navigation panel:

Absolutely -

Flipping houses is a great profession to be in. I currently flip houses for a living, and have had a blast making hundred's of thousands of dollars. The key is to do as much work as you can on your own.

Did you know that you can make $40,000 + on a house, and never even own it?

Take a look at my website - I just put it online last month -

Please realize that Flipping Houses is not a "Get Rich Quick" Scam!

Do as much research as possible before starting on your first flip -
