Does anyone know how I can get a foreclosure listing for georgia and anywhere else.?
Question:
I dont want to pay for it.
are there any websites or contact numbers?
Answer:
Well, the best thing to do is watch the local newspaper under the classified LEGAL NOTICES. Also you can contact the county courthouse oof whichever county you are looking at. You need to contact the Tax assessors office for unpaid taxes. Our compnay has purchased many units NOT using this type of buying. The reason is, if there is one lien on the property there might be many others to which you could responsible for paying once you claim the title or deed of the property. I hope this helps
Foreclosures are a matter of public record. Some localities put legal notices on the Internet. Others advertise in local newspapers. In my area, there used to be a newspaper which primarily had legal notices. I would start by calling the courthouse in your area and see how they handle it. There are services which provide the information, but they usually charge for their services.
Well there are quite a few sites out there but if you want the most through service you will have to pay for it. Have you tried one of those sites that give you a 7-day trial.
Like I said, the sponsored sites have data from hundreds of sources while the free sites only have their own listings? Wouldn't you want more to choose from? I mean you want to purchase a house, not a pair of shoes.
