http://USHUD.com is totally free, but some of their listings are outdated. I like a site called http://EmailForeclosures.com It is totally free, never shows outdated listings, and will email you immediately when new foreclosures come out.
Talk to a local real estate agent in the area.
Find a Buyer Agent in that county. We get lists all the time.
