Question about home foreclosure...?

Question:
I was living with a man when he bought a house which has now gone into foreclosure. It has been about 8 months since I have lived in this house and originally signed nothing as far as getting the house, it was all in his name. Can I be held responsible by the mortgage company even though I was simply a room mate?

Answer:
If you didn't sign the final closing documents and were not married to him then there is nothing you can be held responsible for.

Even if you filled out some of the first applications you would have needed to sign at closing. Even if you intentionwas to be with him and pay it off together, your intentions at that time do not hold you accountable legally if you didn't sign your name.
Not in any way. As long as you are not a party to any documents signed at the Closing of the Morgage loan
no if he is needing help with the foreclosure i can help stop the forclosure if it hasnt reached sale date. you can reach me at cash@chrisblanks.com
