Is there a reliable website that lists foreclosures online for free?
Question:
Answer:
I have not found one. But if I do I will let you know.
sure. it's called your local county treasurers office. (or assessors office as the case may be).
As an investor who constantly looks for property, a GOOD agent is invaluable. A BAD agent is a disaster. Agents have the MLS which lists bank REO's. Some banks will even email you a list of properties before they are turned over to FANI/FREDI to be listed.
It depends on what State you live in. But, any HUD broker can automatically send you every foreclosed listing directly to your e-mail address. Any good Realtor would be happy to help you, and since the Seller pays the Realtor's Commission, you have nothing to lose. I'm an Ohio Realtor.
