Question:
Answer:
All States are different. I had 125 four plexs and dealt with attorneys, first you have to get them off their butt. That's a start.
90 days minimun
It depends. You will get notice and get a date.
I was staying in a shelter when my son contracted lead poisoning.
We were forced to find a place to live or face eviction..
At that time, we had to appeal with the magistrate for an extension. that was 60 days...
We did not find a place within that period of time, I think we were given another 30 days...
I think you can get an extension 3 times... I don't know what it is in your state, but that's how it is in PA....

Uh, foreclosure? As in, the landlord is losing the property?
The laws vary by state/commonwealth, and then sometimes by county/city/parish too.
Generally speaking, there are tenants rights. Here in Michigan I think that the tenants get, effectively, 60 days at least.
However, I'd think that the new owner will probably want most or all of the tenants since an empty building doesn't make much money.
90 days!
