Question:
Missouri law gives lender 21 days to notify that property being foreclosed and date and time. This doens't give time to find another place to live and want to know any legal information that gives me previous owner to vacate once sale complete
Answer:
The foreclosed person needs to be gone by the time the papers change hands.
The person now paying for the home has NO obligation to let the previous owner stay and normally will have the sheriff evict if they are still there.
How many times have you paid for housing while some stranger continues to live there ?
not at all as soon as the new owner gets the deed or the title he or she can put you out right at that moment good luck and have a nice day.
You'd need an attorney to answer that. However, why were you not looking for someplace else to live when you knew that you were being foreclosed upon? I have been there myself. It's a pipe dream to think that you can stay longer when you knew it was coming. You might plead hardship for more time.
