Help please - I work from home and I need some tips on how to manage work/home and around the kids?

Set aside a time just for working and have the kids do something else. Whether its watching a movie, taking a nap or just playing a game. You need to explain to them that this is the time that you need to work and that you'll take them to the park when you're done or something like that. I work from home also with my daughter.
